Collection: Battle of the Flowers

The Battle of Flowers Parade is one of the few parades in the United States produced entirely by women, all of whom are volunteers. The purpose of the parade is to honor the defenders of the Alamo and Goliad and to commemorate the victory at the Battle of San Jacinto that gained Texas its independence.

This collection is to pay tribute to this tradition.
